Three bedroom Luxury Holiday Lodge
This luxury lodge is situated in the Applethwaite area of
Limefitt Park and enjoys a lovely elevated position location with delightful views from the deck.
It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 6 people.
The well appointed and customised accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a deck to the front and side.
We regret we are unable to accept pets at Bluebell Lodge
Accommodation
Open plan lounge and dining area
There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining area. Pitched pine ceiling. Patio doors open out onto the deck with lovely views.
- Furniture includes comfortable 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs. Dining table with 6 chairs
- For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV & DVD player.
- Feature fire place with electric fire
Fitted kitchen
The well equipped and superbly appointed fitted kitchen has an island breakfast bar style worktop.
Equipment includes :
- single gas oven and hob
- built in fridge and freezer
- microwave
- kettle and toaster
- ample cutlery and crockery
- plenty of generous storage space
Three Bedrooms
Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside drawers and wardrobes with plenty of generous
storage space. Jack & Jill ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide). Fitted wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom also has twin beds (2 foot 6 inch wide). Fitted wardrobe and drawers.
Bathroom
The family bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.
Large outside sun deck
Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south facing balcony which extends around the side of the lodge. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Parking
Parking for two cars adjacent to front of lodge.
