Three bedroom holiday lodge with HOT TUB

Dickens lodge in springtime

Dickens Lodge is a modern holiday lodge with an outside hot tub and situated in the Applethwaite area of Limefitt Park. It enjoys a quiet, elevated position backing on to the woods which make it a haven for the local widlife.

It is ideal for families or two to three couples staying together and will sleep up to 6 people.

The well proportioned and spacious accommodation benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside is a lovely deck with lots of tubs for year round clour and interest. Outside hot tub.

Dog friendly - up to 2 dogs accepted

 

 

 

Accommodation

Open plan lounge and dining area

There is a lovely, bright and spacious lounge area with leather three piece suite and attractive wooden floors. Patio doors open out onto the delightful deck to the front of the lodge.

Separate dining area with full sized dining table and 6 chairs overlooking the grassy wildlife area to the rear of the lodge.

  • Furniture includes a 2 comfortable 3 seater leather sofas, and modern dining table with six chairs
  • For your entertainment there is a 32"flat screen TV, DVD player & VCR. (A selection of DVDs can be hired from the shop at reception)

Fully equipped Kitchen

The well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen is off the main lounge and includes :

  • built in gas oven and hob
  • full sized fridge freezer
  • microwave
  • dishwasher
  • kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, George Foreman grill
  • ample cutlery and crockery
  • Plenty of storage space

 

Three Bedrooms and bathroom

 

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room

The luxurious master bedroom has a king sized bed (5 foot wide), plenty of storage space including fitted wardrobes, and a en suite shower room with toilet and basin. TV & DVD.

The second bedroom has a twin beds and a fitted wardrobe with a TV & DVD.

 

Bedroom 3

 

The third bedroomalso has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

The family sized bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.

 

 

Outside deck with hot tub

Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto the outside deck.

The decking area also has a full sized dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco meals or simply relaxing watching the sun sink behind Wansfell, and waiting for the nocturnal wildlife to visit.
