Two bedroom Luxury Holiday Lodge
This brand new luxury lodge is situated in the Beckside area of Limefitt Park. It has replaced an older lodge and enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding fells as well as a delightful river bank location.
It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 4 people.
The well appointed accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a spacious sun deck.
Pet friendly - up to 2 small/medium sized dogs accepted
Accommodation
Open plan lounge and dining area
There is a spacious and bright open plan lounge and dining area. Full length windows look out onto the river below and the views. Pitched natural pine ceiling with built in lighting.
Patio doors open out onto the sun deck with delightful open views from the river bank across fields towards the fells.
- Furniture includes two comfortable 2 seater fabric sofas. Dining table with 4 chairs
- For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen TV. DVD player. DAB radio. (A selection of DVDs can be hired from the shop at reception)
- Feature fire place with electric fire
Fitted kitchen
The contemporary fitted kitchen is well appointed and equipped. Equipment includes :
- Gas hob with 4 rings. Fan assisted electric oven.
- Built in fridge with freezer compartment

- ample cutlery and crockery
- plenty of generous storage space
Two Bedrooms
Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room
The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Dressing table. Ensuite luxury shower room with toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has twin beds. Again plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and drawers.
Bathroom
The family bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.
Large outside sun deck
Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south facing balcony running to the side of the lodge, offering extensive views of the surrounding area. Patio furniture and loungers are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Parking
Parking for two cars adjacent to side of lodge.
