Luxury waterfront 3 bedroomed/2 bath holiday lodge

 

Fallbarrow Lodge is a large three bedroom/two bathroom timber clad lodge situated in the heart of the beautiful Cumbrian Lake District at Fallbarrow Park, Bowness-on-Windermere.

It enjoys a  spectacular and unrivalled setting right on the shore of Windermere with views right across the lake.

Ideal for families or 2/3 couple staying together it will sleep up to 6 comfortably

 

 

 

 

Accommodation

 

The lounge and dining area, together with the kitchen are open plan. In the lounge there are two comfortable leather reclining sofas.

 

In addition to the two central heating radiators, there is a flame effect electric fire and fireplace. The dining table extends to seat six people in comfort. In the lounge area there is a 37” wide screen television with full Sky + HD (all Sky channels) together with a new Blu-Ray DVD player with I pod dock.

 

 

The fully equipped kitchen area leads off the lounge dining area and includes a fan assisted oven and four ring hob, a full sized fridge/freezer and a dish washer. Microwave oven and kettle. Views from the kitchen window look out onto Windermere.

 

The master bedroom has a standard sized double bed with a separate en-suite toilet and shower together with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with and bedside cabinets. Bedroom two has a queen sized double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets (if required, this bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot).

 

 

Bedroom three has two full sized single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside cabinet. Both double bedrooms have Freeview televisions. There is also a family bathroom with over bath shower.

The lodge has full gas central heating with radiators in every room. Guests renting Fallbarrow Lodge can access the site wireless internet free of charge, please obtain log on details from reception at Fallbarrow Park.

 

 


We have recently replaced and expanded the decking area at Fallbarrow Lodge to create a amazing split level outdoor space, bounded by toughened glass panels. The 200 square feet of decking area is accessed via two sets of double patio doors from the lounge area. The decking area is a fantastic outdoor space with stunning views of Windermere towards Ambleside and the fells beyond. On the decking area is a six seater dining table and patio heater. For true al fresco dining, there is a Webber gas barbecue. Gas for the patio heater and barbecue

is included in the price. Fallbarrow Lodge also includes

sun loungers and chairs for relaxing on the decking.
