Three bedroom Luxury Holiday Lodge

This brand new luxury lodge is situated in the Ullswater area of Limefitt Park and enjoys a quiet and private location with two separate deck areas one of which surrounds a mature pine tree.

It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 6 people.

The well appointed and customised accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a spacious deck.

Open plan lounge and dining area

There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining area. Pitched ceiling with built in lighting. Two sets of patio doors open out onto the front deck with lovely views.

  • Furniture includes two comfortable leather 3 seater. Dining table with 6 chairs
  • For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen TV & DVD player.
  • Feature fire place with electric fire

 

Fitted kitchen

 

The well equipped and superbly appointed fitted kitchen has an island breakfast bar style worktop.

Equipment includes :

  • single gas oven and hob
  • built in fridge and freezer
  • microwave
  • dishwasher
  • kettle and toaster
  • ample cutlery and crockery
  • plenty of generous storage space

 

Three Bedrooms

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (5 foot wide) bedside drawers and large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of generous

storage space. Wall mounted TV. Ensuite luxury shower room with toilet and basin.

 

 

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide). Fitted wardrobe and drawers. Wall mounted TV.

 

 

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom also has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide). Fitted wardrobe and drawers. Wall mounted TV.

 

Bathroom

The family bathroom has a full sized corner bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.

 

Large outside sun deck

Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south facing balcony which extends around the side of the lodge.  The side deck is built around a mature pine tree which is a lovely feature and provides a relaxing shady area. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation. Charcoal barbeque.

Parking

Parking for one car adjacent to front of lodge.
