Fellside Retreat holiday lodge

This modern luxury lodge is situated in the Fellside area of Limefitt Park and enjoys a quiet and private location.

It is ideal for either families and couples sleeping up to 4 people.

The well appointed accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing which offers a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a private deck bordered by a Lakeland stone wall.

Dog friendly - up to 2 dogs accepted

Spacious and bright open plan living and dining area semi divided from kitchen.

  • Furniture includes a comfortable 3 seater fabric sofa an armchair and a modern dining table with 4 chairs
  • For your entertainment there is a wall mounted 32"flat screen TV and DVD player. (A selection of DVDs can be hired from the shop at reception). DAB radio with I-Pod docking station.

 

Fitted Kitchen

The well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen includes:

  • gas oven and hob
  • fridge
  • separate freezer
  • microwave
  • kettle, toaster and cafetiere
  • ample cutlery and crockery
  • plenty of generous storage space

 

Two Bedrooms

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (5 foot wide), plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and drawers and an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.

 

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is a twin with full sized beds (3 foot wide). Again plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and drawers is provided.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom has a full sized bath and shower, vanity unit and toilet, and a shaving point.

Large outside sun deck

Outside there is a private enclosed sun deck bordered by a Lakeland stone wall. The deck surrounds a mature tree which attracts lots of wildlife to your balcony.

Patio furniture, parasol and barbeque are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation.
