Two bedroom Luxury Holiday Lodge

This luxury lodge is situated in the Kirkstone area of  Limefitt Park and enjoys a quiet location with views of the surrounding fells.

It is ideal for families or couples and sleeps up to 4 people.

 

We regret we are unable to accept pets at Loughrigg Lodge.

Accommodation

The well appointed accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside there is a large sun deck.

It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

 

Spacious open plan lounge and dining area

There is a spacious and very bright open plan lounge and dining area. Pitched natural wood ceiling with built in lighting.

Patio doors open out onto the deck.

 

 

• Furniture includes a leather 2 seater sofa and 3 seater L-shaped corner sofa
• Dining table with 4 chairs
• For your entertainment there is a wall mounted flat screen
• TV with a stand alone DVD player
• Attractive feature fire place with electric fire

Fitted kitchen

The well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen is lovely and bright with island work top. Equipment includes :

• gas oven and hob
• built in fridge and freezer
• microwave
• dishwasher
• kettle and toaster
• ample cutlery and crockery
• plenty of generous storage space

Two Bedrooms

 

Master Bedroom

 

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage space, with fitted wardrobes and drawers.

En-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin.

Wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide).

Again plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and drawers.

Bathroom

 

The family bathroom has a full sized bath corner bath, vanity unit,

toilet and a shaving point.

 

Outside sun deck

Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto the deck with a private seating area with bistro patio set to side of lodge.

 

Parking

Parking for two cars adjacent to front of lodge.
