Two bedroom holiday lodge

oore Lodge is a comfortable modern holiday lodge is situated
in an elevated position in the Applethwaite area of Limefitt Park.
It enjoys a quiet location within Limefitt. It is ideal for couples or families with children and will sleep up to 4 people.
The well proportioned lodge accommodation has gas central heating and double glazing to ensure a it is comfortable to visit all year round.
Outside is a south and west facing deck.
Dog Friendly - up to 2 dogs accepted

Delightful open plan lounge and dining area with feature fireplace with electric fire and 2 central heating radiators.
Patio doors open out onto the deck.
Furniture includes a comfortable 3 seater fabric sofa with 2 armchairs, coffee table and a pine dining table and 4 chairs.
For your entertainment there is a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player; Technics combined hi-fi with radio/cassette/CD.
A selection of books to read and various leaflets
of local interest.
The lodge also has the benefit of Wifi access.
Fitted Kitchen
Well equipped fitted kitchen includes:
- gas oven and hob
- separate integrated fridge and freezer
- microwave
- kettle and toaster
- ample cutlery and crockery
- plenty of storage cupboards

Master bedroom with ensuite toilet
The Master bedroom has a double divan bed and built in wardrobes. Dressing table with drawers.Central heating radiator.

The second bedroom has two full length 2'6" wide divan beds
Built in Wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a central heating radiator.
Family bathroom
Full sized bath with over bath shower. Toilet and hand basin. Vanity unit with mirror, shaving point and central heating radiator.
Outside Sun deck
An open decking runs around the side of the lodge. The patio doors leading from the main living area open out onto a south
and west facing deck affording lovely views. Wooden patio furniture.
Parking
Parking is in driveway adjacent to the lodge.
