Two Bedroom Modern Luxury Holiday Lodge
This luxury lodge is situated in the Kirkstone area of Limefitt Park and enjoys all round views of the surrounding fells and Troutbeck Valley.
It is ideal for families and couples and will sleep up to 4.
The high specification and well appointed accommodation benefits from full central heating and double glazing ensuring a comfortable stay whatever the time of year and whatever the weather.
Outside there is a large and spacious sun deck.
Pets - up to 2 small/medium dogs accepted

Open plan lounge and dining area
The spacious and bright open plan living and dining area has a lovely high pine pitched ceiling with in built spotlights. Double French windows with a view out towards Troutbeck Village.

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (5 foot wide) and plenty of storage space, with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Ensuite luxury shower room with toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has full sized twin beds (3 foot wide). Again plenty of storage space is provided in fitted wardrobes and drawers.
Bathroom
The family bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.
Large outside sun deck
Two sets of double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south and west facing balcony running to the front of the lodge. It offers extensive views of the surrounding area. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation.
