Three bedroom luxury Holiday Lodge

This modern luxury lodge is situated in the Fellside area of Limefitt Park and enjoys a quiet, private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is ideal for families or two to three couples staying together and will sleep up to 6 people.

The superbly proportioned and spacious accommodation benefits from full central heating and double glazing to ensure a very comfortable stay all year round. Outside is a spacious south facing deck bordered by a Lakeland stone wall.

Accommodation

Open plan lounge and dining area

There is a lovely, bright and spacious lounge area with leather three piece suite. Two sets of patio doors open out onto the large south and west facing sun deck.

  • Furniture includes a comfortable 3 seater leather sofa, two armchairs, and modern dining table with six chairs
  • For your entertainment there is a 32"flat screen TV, DVD player & VCR. (A selection of DVDs can be hired from the shop at reception)

Fitted Kitchen

The well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen includes :

  • gas oven and hob
  • fridge
  • separate freezer
  • microwave
  • dishwasher
  • kettle, toaster and cafetiere
  • ample cutlery and crockery
  • Plenty of storage space with feature glass fronted cupboards

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed (5 foot wide), plenty of storage space including a large walk in wardrobe, and a large en suite shower room with toilet and basin.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a standard double bed and wardrobes with ample storage space.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has twin beds (3 foot wide), and a wardrobe.

Bathroom

The family sized bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point.

Large outside sun deck

Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large south and west facing deck, affording lovely views. This is private, not overlooked and bordered by a Lakeland stone wall. Patio furniture, parasol and barbeque are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation

Parking

Large pull in parking for two cars adjacent to lodge.
