Very disappointed no welcome pack this time, I appreciate cost have increased but it would have been nice to be forewarned then we could have come prepared, otherwise as usual super lodge, our second time this year, see you February.

Owner response: Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you had some minor problems during your stay this time, I have contacted maintenance and will ensure that they get resolved. Regarding the welcome pack, I am sorry you were disappointed but unfortunately the farm shop that we used to supply the items is no longer willing to deliver to Fallbarrow as we were the only lodge on the park who used them. However, I do intend to make up my own welcome pack which will be provided for your next visit in February.
