“The lodge is beautiful and the view is great, the only negative we had was the road noise!”

Being so close to the M6 it’s not just a country lane you’re right next to, it’s a major motorway. And it was a real shame as spoilt sitting outside a little, and it was loud at night trying to sleep. I think this should be noted on the booking. Facilities on site were lovely, we used the pool and the bar/restaurant. Food was ok. Kids liked the little beach area. And beer garden over looking the lake was lovely. Overall, lodge spot on and facilities spot on, but the motorway noise really ...

Thank you for your feedback. I always respond to all my guests feedback. We have never really had feedback from any of our guests regarding any noise. . We have stayed at our lodge in the summer when we have all the windows open at night and the bifold doors on the decking and have never had any issue . I would not of thought in April any windows would have been open and you certainly would not hear any noise with all the windows and doors closed.. Always good to hear that guests enjoyed the site and the views from the lodge Tracey Property Owner
