“This is a wooden lodge (inside and out), very cute and cosy.”

It is very quiet due to its location being at the furthest point on the site and access is up a steep long road. Unfortunately my parents were unable to walk up this and although we new it was located on a hill the description on the booking underestimated this. If anyone has mobility, breathing issues or using a pram I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you forget something and need to make another trip to the lodge. If you are fit and a hill walker this will not be an issue. ...

If anyone has mobility, breathing issues or using a pram I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you forget something and need to make another trip to the lodge. If you are fit and a hill walker this will not be an issue. The lodge provide comfortable beds and sofas and was a cosy retreat once inside. Parking only for 1 car was a slight drawback too. Being at the furthest point in the site did provide a very quiet environment, relaxing.
