    The lodge was nice and clean with plenty of space. I would come again to this great park with stunning views and lots of lovely walks close by. Welcome to Sunnybank, a beautiful three bedroom holiday lodge Sunnybank is a beautifully decorated, modern and spacious holiday lodge. The lodge is located in the Patterdale area at Limefitt Park and enjoys panoramic views from its elevated position. It is located close to the Haybarn Pub. Sunnybank is well proportioned and ideal for families or couples sleeping up to 6 guests plus an infant in a travel cot. The lodge is beautifully presented and maintained by the owners who take great pride in providing a high level of service. The spacious deck offers a welcome space from which to simply admire the stunning views across to Troutbeck Village, Wansfell and beyond. A truly wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Sorry we are unable to accepts dogs at Sunnybank Lodge. Accommodation Details Living area: - The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is bright and spacious - Furniture includes a 2 and 3 seater leather sofa plus armchair - Wall mounted flat screen TV - Feature electric fire - Dining area with full size dining table and 6 chairs (Booster seat provided for infant use) - Bi fold patio doors open out onto the deck to the front of the lodge Kitchen area: - The well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen includes a built in double electric oven with gas hob - Full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery, crockery plus plenty of storage space - Island breakfast bar with stools Master bedroom: - The master bedroom has a king size bed - Fitted mirror fronted wardrobes and bedside drawers - Wall mounted TV with integrated DVD - En suite shower room with double width walk in shower, toilet, basin and vanity unit, radiator/towel rail Second bedroom: - The second bedroom has full size twin beds - Bedside table and wardrobe - Wall mounted TV with integrated DVD Third bedroom: - The third bedroom has full size twin beds - Bedside table and wardrobe Bathroom: - The family size bathroom has a full size bath with shower, fitted furniture, basin and toilet Other information: - Full central heating and double glazing ensuring a comfortable stay all year round - Guests can hire a selection of DVDs from the shop at reception

Ambleside 5 miles; Kendal 8.7 miles.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Sunnybank is accessed by 4 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level.

A travel cot will fit in the twin bedroom. There is a booster seat provided for use at the dining table. A travel cot and highchair are provided in the lodge.

Commercial vehicles, caravans or camper vans cannot be parked on the site.
Hen or stag parties are not permitted.

There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this property.
