The property

Welcome to Three Trees, a three bedroom lodge with hot tub Three Trees is a modern and compact three bedroom lodge located in the Calgarth area of White Cross Bay. The lodge enjoys being situated in a quieter area of the park surrounded by mature trees. There is a spacious deck complete with hot tub - perfect to relax and unwind with a glass of something. A comfortable lodge from which to explore all the Lake District has to offer. The lodge welcomes one dog. Accommodation Details Living area: - Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area - 2 and 3 seater fabric sofa and chair - TV with integrated DVD on a corner unit - Feature fire with wooden surround - Light wood dining table with 6 chairs Kitchen area: - The well equipped fitted kitchen includes a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, cutlery and crockery plus storage space Master bedroom: - Double bed - Fitted wardrobe, cupboards and drawers plus dressing table Second bedroom: - Standard twin beds 3 feet width - Wardrobe and dressing table Third bedroom: - Compact bedroom with narrow twin beds - Wardrobe and dressing table Family bathroom: - Bath with over bath shower and screen plus hand basin - Please note: There is not a toilet in the main bathroom. The toilet is located next to the bathroom. Other information: - There is insufficient space in any bedroom for a travel cot. A young infant can be accepted by arrangement when sleeping in a moses basket or equivalent - Centrally heated ensuring a comfortable stay all year round - There is a small selection of games

Ambleside 5 miles; Kendal 8.7 miles.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Three Trees is accessed by 4 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level.

There is insufficient space to fit a travel cot in any of the bedrooms and would have to be placed in the living room area. Please bring your own travel cot and highchair as they are not provided.

White Cross Bay has its own onsite facilities. You will need to purchase a complex pass from reception which includes the use of the pool, gym, entertainment and access to bar and restaurant. The prices are subject to change by park management.

Subject to White Cross Bay Holiday Park rules:
Commercial vehicles, caravans or camper vans cannot be parked on the site.
Hen or stag parties are not permitted.
Dogs must not be left alone in the lodges at any point during your stay.

There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this property.
