The lodge was spotless and really couldnt fault it. Its in a quiet little cul de sac location close to the lake. The hot tub was well maintained and was tucked away down the side of the lodge making it nice and private. It really did feel like home from home. It was made even better by being allowed to take our little well behaved doggie with us - who loved all the walks we did.

We have stayed before & love the lodge, site & location. However this time the cleanliness wasnt as good as our previous stay. There were a lot of cobwebs, melted chocolate on the sofa, food left in the freezer compartment, greasy tray left in the oven & the hob splash back was really greasy. It was such a shame to have to clean before unpacking. All this being said we would love to come back again but maybe the cleaning company rushed this job!

We had a lovely time in the lodge in a nice location that had a private location for the hot tub and all the best for being able to take our small dog we will be back very soon.
