From the beautiful Himalayan gardens and enchanting bluebell woods, to exhilarating adventure playgrounds and the all ages favourite, “Meadowvole Maze”- Muncaster Gardens exciting itinerary of attractions is endless.
Why we love it: From their beautiful “Owls by Moonlight” display and outdoor cinema in the summer, to scientific ghost vigils, Medieval reenactments and their famous Muncaster Festival- we love the incredible variety and quality of Muncaster Castle events. Our team particularly enjoy their Cumberland Sausage Festival, in May! Tips/Hints: Remember to pack the dog leads and poop bags! Whilst our furry friends aren’t allowed inside the castle and the Hawk & Owl Centre, you’ll be pleased to hear however, that Muncaster Castle Gardens, are a doggy haven. The gardens even have a special viewing area for dogs and owners, so you don’t miss out on their “Sky Hunter” birds of prey display.
