What guests are saying

The remote control for the bedroom TV was filthy - definitely not been cleaned in a while.

I had dettol wipes with me so cleaned it myself. The radiator in the lounge didn't work so used the fire instead but thick layer of dust in the vent. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable after a while. No welcome park or instruction manual in lodge.

1st impressions , when we walked into the lodge the carbon monoxide alarm was going off , after ringing reception a young woman arrived saying she was by herself and was unable to reach the alarm on the ceiling.

After looking about she took the hoover nozzle out of the cupboard and used it to knock the alarm off the ceiling. The whole lodge smelt of damp ( the floor was lifting in the bathroom ) . The settee was old and the bottom was coming away from it , very uncomfortable to sit on .
