    “Windows inside not cleaned.”

Stairs to cottage very steep. Caught back of leg every time going down on gripper. Couldn't get tv to tune in . Kept losing the stations we manged to get. Shower pressure could have been better. Played around with setting to no avail. Apart from above everything else was perfect.

Thank you for your feedback. We will pass on your comments about the windows to the cleaner. The TV is on a loop aerial on the site as we are not allowed individual aerials on the cabins due to planning restrictions. We will pass on the concerns about the quality of the signal to the site owner. Reception can be affected by weather due to the proximity of all the hills. It is also possible to use the TV to watch some on demand services, using the wi-fi provided running on 4/5G network Shower pressure is limited due to the incoming water supply to the site. There are 5 external steps up to the front door of this lodge. The rest of the cabin is on one level. Property Owner
