Enter your lovely new home and proceed through the well-appointed utility room, which contains the washer and dryer, before entering the tastefully-laid out, open-plan living area. Enjoy preparing your favourite meals in the elegant, fully-equipped kitchen, which features neutral, dark cabinets and stylish, wooden worktops. Here, you'll find high-end appliances like a gas hob and electric oven, as well as two fridges, each of which has an icebox. Serve your meals at the dining table, which is positioned in front of a wide window that lights up the room, further illuminated from above by creative feature lighting, the perfect spot to catch up about the highlights of the day over a glass or two of wine. As the day turns into night, settle down on one of the two plush sofas in front of the Smart TV and flick through your preferred streaming services to find the newest film to watch. When sleep calls, retire to one of two inviting bedrooms at the end of the day; both are similarly furnished, featuring opulent, king-size beds, and equipped with wall-mounted Smart TVs that have also provide an amazing living flame effect to make your really feel at home. Step into the en-suite shower room to discover a completely tiled washing area with underfloor heating, a de-misting mirror, and a rainfall showerhead for that extra bit of luxury. Each bedroom has a private exit to the rear decking, where you can unwind with a drink before taking a soothing dip in the hot tub. You can also make use of the front decking, which has equipment for alfresco dining, ideal in the summer.
