    “Initially, we entering the lodge there was a pungent smell of dogs.”

    The unit needed hoovering because of items found on the floor in the main living space. Dog hairs were found in the both and the small hoover didn’t work because it hadn’t been emptied, that was full of hairs too. The lodge itself was situated in a good location however, the TV couldn’t be used as it works from a wifi signal and the bandwidth to that system was too small to stream live TV Overall, a relaxing location but I wouldn’t choose to go back there.

    Hi sorry you found some issues at the lodge as previous reviews show this is not normally the case my contact number is on the booking and I'm more than happy to help if any guest need assistance/help or to cantact me . In regards to the TVs they do work fine they just sometimes need re tuning and the instructors are in the welcome book it's just the signal with the location of the lodge we haven't ever had this issue before and I'm sure I could of helped if I knew about the issue while you was staying . In regards to the smell this is a dog friendly lodge we do have air freshners and its cleaned after every single visit so this is unfortunate as we've not had any issues before thanks for the feedback as we will work to fix any issues that have arisen Property Owner
