Welcome to Comraich, a spacious two bedroom lodge by the river Comraich is a beautifully presented lodge at Limefitt Park in the picturesque Troutbeck Valley. With its unique 'L-shape' design, Comraich offers guests a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lodge enjoys a sought after position on the riverbank with views towards the fells and beyond. There is a delightful outside deck from which you can simply relax and listen to the sound of the beck below. Comraich which means 'sanctuary' or 'haven' is named after a Comraich, the old Gaelic name for Applecross in the Scottish Highlands. It is a resting place for travellers crossing from Ireland since the 7th Century.
With its riverside location and wonderful views, Comraich Lodge is an ideal holiday retreat.

Great stay in this beautiful cosy cabin.
Views amazing, location fabulous this cabin had eveyyou could need and outside seating area is a bonus. The beds are a little uncomfortable/ super soft and the Wi-Fi was an add on payment as the free WiFi didn’t work. The TV single was weak so didn’t always work but these did not spoil our trip and we would certainly recommend and return.
Excellent accommodation, Magnificent location on the park a beautifully presented lodge,with everything needed for your stay ample space & extremely comfortable bed.
Would recommend this lodge to all.
We stayed here for 4 nights with our two boys (6&12) we adored the accomodation next to the beck, it was so quiet but do much on your doorstep also.
We will definitely return

Comraich is accessed by 4 wooden steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level.
A travel cot will fit in the twin bedroom only (tight fit between beds). A travel cot and highchair are provided for you. Please bring your own bedding.
No BBQs are permitted on the decking or around the lodge.
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park. If you encounter any issues with the WiFi, please contact Limefitt Park reception.

Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge. The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
Park Rules and Operations – Limefitt
All holiday parks are owned and managed by a separate company to ourselves. Lake District Lodge Holidays has no association with the owners of these parks or responsibility for the provision of services they offer. At certain times of year, there maybe a reduction in those services, which is outside of our control.
Commercial vehicles, caravans, camper vans, Hen or Stag parties are not permitted onsite. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not be left alone in the lodges at any point during your stay.
You will be staying on an operational holiday park, which means work may be undertaken from time to time by the park owners during your stay. Although Lake District Lodge Holidays will always try to inform guests in advance if something may impact on a stay and if we have prior knowledge. We cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for park operations of which are outside of our control and which we have no knowledge of.
Any issues relating to a stay at a privately owned lodge should be reported back through Lake District Lodge Holidays as the park are not responsible for managing the lodge or booking for private sublet guests during their stay.
Please note that the parks facilities are always subject to availability, and may be closed without notice, including over the Christmas and new year period, For the avoidance of doubt before booking, contact Park Dean Resorts about any communal site facilities you may wish to use, LDLH and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any site facilities that may be unavailable during your stay.
