    “The lodge is as shown , new, clean and well equipped, the hot tub and outside tables and chairs are in excellent condition, we were lucky enough to have good weather and were able to use them all week .”

    The hot tub is noisy at night though ,being situated outside the bedroom window, so we did turn it off every night ,so this wasn What did you enjoy most about your stay? The good weather What one experience (e.g attraction, walk, day out) would you recommend for our future guests? The Brockhole centre , just up the road .

Welcome to Langdale, a spacious three bedroom holiday lodge with hot tub Langdale is a modern and spacious lodge in the Langdale area at White Cross Bay It enjoys an end of cul-de-sac location which is close to all the clubhouse facilities. The owners have recently upgraded to this brand new unit. Above all, with its 2 double bedrooms, it will be a great choice for couples and families. It will sleep up to 6 guests. The lodge is well equipped and has everything guests will need for a comfortable stay. With the addition of an outside hot tub, Langdale Lodge offers a fabulous base from which to explore the towns and fells of the picturesque Lake District. Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay at Langdale Lodge. Accommodation Details Living area: - Spacious and bright open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen - Furniture includes two 3 seater fabric sofas - Dining table with 6 chairs - Wall mounted 50" flat screen TV plus DVD player - Two sets of patio doors open out onto the front deck Kitchen area: - Fully fitted and well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools - Equipment includes a surface mounted gas hob with extractor chimney above, integrated oven and microwave, under counter fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine - Ample cutlery and crockery plus storage space Master bedroom: - Double bed - Fitted wardrobe, drawer and bedside tables - Wall mounted TV - Ensuite shower room with double width walk in shower, sink unit, toilet, mirror, WC and chrome towel rail/radiator Second bedroom: - Double bed - Fitted wardrobe, drawer and bedside tables Third bedroom: - Twin beds - Fitted wardrobe and bedside unit Family bathroom: - Stylish fully tiled bathroom - Full sized bath with over bath shower, sink unit, toilet, mirror, WC and chrome towel rail/radiator Other information: - Centrally heated ensuring a comfortable stay all year round - Please note: There is insufficient space in any bedroom for a travel cot. About the location

WINDERMERE

Ambleside 5 miles; Kendal 8.7 miles.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Langdale is accessed by 4 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level.

There is insufficient space to fit a travel cot in any of the bedrooms and would have to be placed in the living room area. Please bring your own travel cot and highchair as they are not provided.

White Cross Bay has its own onsite facilities. You will need to purchase a complex pass from reception which includes the use of the pool, gym, entertainment and access to bar and restaurant. The prices are subject to change by park management.

Subject to White Cross Bay Holiday Park rules:
Commercial vehicles, caravans or camper vans cannot be parked on the site.
Hen or stag parties are not permitted.
Dogs must not be left alone in the lodges at any point during your stay.

There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this property.
