The lodge looked very dirty from tne outside, the key box covered in webs. In daylight when we went on to the deck it was filthy. I had to go out and buy floor cleaner to scrub it just so we could sit outside. It was stinking of dog urine. Inside, it was little things like, no washing up liquid, no working batteries in tv remote, bedding not put on properly, dirty windows. A far cry from last year when we stayed.
