As it was owned by private owner, park dean resort staff were not available to sort it out but they agreed it was substandard. Contacting sykes staff was difficult and emergency phone number did not got back to us. Internet was not working and on examination of router, brown fluid ( Tea or Coffee) came out of router. This was our first time booking with Sykes and it was not very pleasant experience.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your experience. We have been to the property and found the outside area clean and no blown fluid coming out of the router. We are sorry that you experienced issues reaching out to us, pressing the # key logs the problem you are reporting and it is then triaged, if it is not found to be critical or an emergency then it will be logged the following day. We appreciate the internet not working is not ideal, this is outside of ours and the owners control as it is supplied by the park.
