    “Limefitt Lodge is well equipped and very comfortable.”

    It was spotless when we arrived. We were initially nervous with C19 and having stayed at other parks nearby in previous years where the lodges have been filthy on arrival. This one however, was absolutely spotless, thank you. This has to be the best lodge we've stayed at. It had everything we needed and was very homely and comfortable.

The property

Welcome to Limefitt Lodge, a three bedroom dog friendly holiday lodge with hot tub Limefitt is a modern lodge in the Fellside area of Limefitt Park. It enjoys a central position with lovely views all around and has been tastefully refurbished by the new owners offering contemporary styled accommodation. Well equipped for a comfortable stay, it is sure to appeal to families or couples and will sleep up to 6 guests. The private use outside hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day enjoying the area. Limefitt Lodge welcomes 2 well behaved dogs. Please note: We regret we are unable to accept young adults groups under 25 years old or single sex groups at Limefitt Lodge. Accommodation Details Living area: - Open plan lounge and dining area - Furniture includes 2 comfortable fabric sofas and an armchair - Flat screen TV and DVD player - Lakeland stone effect 'chimney breast' with electric fire - Dining table with 6 chairs - Patio doors open onto the front deck where the hot tub is located Kitchen area: - Appliances includes a gas hob with electric oven, full size fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, kettle and toaster plus microwave - Nespresso coffee machine - please bring your own pods - Ample cutlery and crockery plus plenty of storage space Master bedroom: - The master bedroom has a king size bed - Range of light wood fitted wardrobes and drawers - Dressing table with mirror - Flat screen TV - En suite shower room with walk in shower, toilet, basin and mirror. This also has 'Jack and Jill' access from the hallway doubling up as a second shower room Second bedroom: - The second bedroom has twin beds - Dressing table, fitted wardrobe and drawers Third bedroom: - The third bedroom has narrow twin beds - Fitted wardrobe and drawers Bathroom: - The family bathroom has a full size bath with over bath shower with curtain, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point Other information: - Full central heating and double glazing ensuring a comfortable stay all year round

About the location

WINDERMERE

Ambleside 5 miles; Kendal 8.7 miles.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Limefitt Lodge is accessed by 4 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level.

Please bring your own travel cot and highchair as they are not provided.

Commercial vehicles, caravans or camper vans cannot be parked on the site.
Hen or stag parties are not permitted.
Dogs must not be left alone in the lodges at any point during your stay.
