“Myself and my family had a lovely stay here and we will definitely be booking again.”

We were saying on departure how much we wished we could stay a few more days. Everything was lovely and clean. The towels provided were lovely and soft and smelt amazing. The hot tub was very much enjoyed. We didn’t realise we needed to state we needed a travel cot before arriving but the team was very accommodating at sorting this out for us. And we had one within the hour (very thankful for there co-operation) The only thing I would fault is having no hand wash in the bathrooms and the wifi wasn’t the best. We didn’t manage to connect to the wifi stated in the description. There is night time entertainment advertised but when we went nothing was on. On a camp site like this you definitely need some form of entertainment specially for the children. Other than this we had an awesome time and won’t stop us from booking it again.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your valued feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Thirlmere View. Your positive comments are very much appreciated and we take on board your constructive feedback relating to Wi-Fi performance and lack of evening entertainment. We will ensure these matters are brought to the park's attention. Hand soap will now be provided for guests and we thank you for this suggestion. We very much hope to welcome you back in the future.
