The property

Set across one floor and hosting three bedrooms, including a double with a TV and en-suite shower room, another double with TV and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom and open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire.

The kitchen contains a double electric oven, gas hob, built-in microwave, fridge, freezer and there is an iron and ironing board in the cupboard.

For entertainment, guests are provided with four TVs and WiFi.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and two enclosed decking areas, one with furniture and the other with a hot tub.

There is central heating which is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power.

The property is pet-friendly, however please ensure pets and young children are supervised near the lake.

TEWITFIELD

Carnforth 3 miles; Kendal 14 miles; Windermere 19 miles.

The picturesque hamlet of Tewitfield is settled in Lancashire beside the Lancashire Canal. Stroll along the Tewitfield Canal Locks for scenic views of the countryside, ideal for avid walkers and cyclists. The village is home to a marina, where you will find barges and boats and across the road is an excellent farm shop selling local produce and hosting crafts. You can enjoy dining at a County Inn, Longlands Hotel with a restaurant serving traditional meals. Have some family fun at Crazy Golf @ Greenlands and enjoy exploring the surrounding area, with Pike Lake for a peaceful afternoon and Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway slightly further afield. Jump in the car and visit the market town of Carnforth for a wide selection eateries and specialty shops for a souvenir to remember your holiday by.
