Access Statement

We welcome guests with disabilities to stay at our privately owned lodges, however we need to point out that all lodges have a number of steps from the parking area to the front door (with the exception of Lakeland View, Striding Edge & Ridgwaywhich also have ramp access – see below). This varies from lodge to lodge and may mean that they are not suitable accommodation for those with certain disabilities, wheelchair users or the elderly and infirm.

Lakeland View (located at Limefitt Park) has an external ramp for ease of access. There is also a wet room.

Striding Edge (located at Limefitt Park) has an external ramp for ease of access.

Ridgway Lodge (located at White Cross Bay) has an external ramp for ease of access.

Some lodges at White Cross Bay, Limefitt & Fallbarrow are located in hilly areas of the parks. Please refer to the ‘need to know’ sections within each lodge description for more information.

Please contact us if you require more information about access to a specific lodge.
