“We arrived at White Swan Lodge just as the England lockdown was announced and we enjoyed 4 nights at the lodge as lockdown took hold.”

    ...

The lodge was very pleasant and had a cosy, yet spacious feel. The bedrooms were also surprisingly spacious with full-sized single beds in the twin-bedded room. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The heating and comfort generally were good. The lodge is not overlooking the lake but is a short walk away, as are the on-site central facilities (bar, restaurant and shop). We would be happy to return to this lodge although our preference is for a lake view. What did you enjoy most about your stay? Peace and quiet What one experience (e.g attraction, walk, day out) would you recommend for our future guests? Enjoy the beauty of the lakeside views and walks
